The Central House Istanbul Taksim

I stayed at a great hostel that was located in a central area near Taksim. It was very convenient as there was a bus stop close by, and I could easily access the rest of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were modern and clean. I had a comfortable bed with clean linens, and the shared bathrooms were almost always spotless. Plus, the hostel had a fantastic rooftop terrace with a beautiful view where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.

That the rooftop terrace could get quite noisy, as there was no soundproofing or separate door to block out the noise from the rest of the hostel.

Great location, 5-10 mins walk to Taksim Square. Welcoming staff and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for new travelers. Amazing rooftop bar and facilities.

I got great value for my money at this hostel. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the staff treated me like family. They were always there to help and provided me with helpful information about the city. The location was convenient, close to Taksim Square and right on the metro line. it was an amazing experience.

The morning meal could have been better.

The walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from the neighboring rooms. there were no extra ledges or towel dryers in the bathroom, which made it less comfortable for guests.

The noise from the nightclub on the rooftop, which could be heard throughout the hostel. I understand that this is a party hostel, so it may not be suitable for those looking for a quiet night's sleep.

The location of the hostel is perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from Taksim square where all the public transport is easily accessible. It is also very close to the Taksim metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. the hostel is situated near the airport shuttle stop, making arrival and departure hassle-free.

Spacious rooms, rare in hostels. Mistakenly given female-only dorm. Great terrace view, nice breakfast and helpful staff. Recommend for affordable and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the airport bus stop and Taksim metro station. It was so convenient to explore the city from here. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and nice bathroom. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. And let's not forget the amazing view from the rooftop terrace! Highly recommend this place!

One small downside was that the Turkish bath they recommended didn't seem clean to me.

wabi sabi hostel Istanbul was an amazing experience! rooms were clean & comfy, staff was kind & helpful, & the breakfast had a great city view. the vibe was calm & the rooftop bar had breathtaking views. exceeded my expectations!

Shower doors didn't close properly.

The room we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and had a queen size bed, private bathroom, and a balcony. We got more than we expected for the cheap price we paid.

The check-in time was quite late, at 3 pm. It would have been more convenient if we could have checked in earlier, especially if we arrived in the morning.

Great location, just a short walk to the main square. the hot water was always available and consistent throughout our stay. - the hostel had a nice terrace with a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying a morning breakfast or just relaxing.

The management seemed to be lacking, as there were some changes that affected our stay. For example, the rooftop, which was previously open 24 hours, was now closed after midnight.
